I'm trying to purchase books, but I don't know the password to the Guest Area. How do I get the password?

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Because of the sentimental nature of many of our books, we only allow access to bookstore for patients, families, authors, and other individuals involved in the memoir writing process. For these individuals, the password should have been previously provided to you. Please check any materials provided to you by Last Writers before using our contact form. For the fastest response, please list the reason for contact as "I need the bookstore password," and we will be happy to provide it to you. If you are interested in our books but were not involved as a patient, family member, or author, check out our book covers and titles on the home page and read more here.

My bulk discount code is not working, what do I do?

We're sorry you're experiencing difficulties checking out! Please ensure you are using the correct bulk discount code for the number of books in your cart. This information can be found at the top of your cart. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please leave your items in your cart and contact us here.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via all major credit cards through our website bookstore. If you have any questions regarding payments, please contact us.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to restrictions set by our press. Please contact us with questions.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to ordering your books to do so.

What is the status of my order?

In order to produce the highest quality memoirs possible, all Last Writers books are printed at a professional press. Orders made through the Last Writers website are typically submitted to our press within 1-2 business days. Our press of choice, Barnes & Noble Press, may require an additional 3-8 days for processing and printing. Standard shipping from B&N takes an estimated 4-6 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us regarding updates. You can contact us here.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel or modify your order. We will not be able to cancel or modify orders already submitted to our press. If we have not submitted your order to our press, we will happily work with you to change or cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be provided. We will refund the order total minus any credit card processing fees (roughly 2% of order total).

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us immediately if you would like to change your delivery address. We will only be able to make changes to your order if it has not been submitted to our press.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our books are personally written and printed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.
